We are seeking a Production Planner to efficiently organize and manage production workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure products are produced on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Job Details:
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
💰 Salary: ₹18,086 – ₹34,748.70 per month
📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work in-person)
⏳ Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Rotational shift
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Production Coordination: Manage production workflows for one or multiple products.
✔ Resource Management: Plan manpower, equipment, and raw materials to meet production demands.
✔ Scheduling & Prioritization: Assign workers and schedule shifts for maximum efficiency.
✔ Quality & Budget Compliance: Monitor jobs to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
✔ Problem Resolution: Address and resolve production issues with minimal disruption.
✔ Performance Tracking: Collect and analyze output data, including finished products & defect rates.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with quality control, warehouse, and other teams.
Requirements:
✅ Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
✅ Experience: Prior experience as a Production Planner is a plus but not mandatory.
✅ Skills:
- Production planning & quality control expertise.
- Strong MS Office & ERP system knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving & organizational skills.
