Job Opening: Production & Dispatch Executive (Full-Time, Permanent)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production & Dispatch Executive to manage stock, process orders, and handle dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office, and experienced in generating invoices, E-Way Bills, and dispatch planning.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Inventory & Stock Management:
- Maintain accurate stock records and storage details.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
✔ Order Processing & Dispatch:
- Pack and dispatch quality-checked goods.
- Manage dispatch planning & scheduling for timely deliveries.
✔ Billing & Documentation:
- Generate invoices, bills, and E-Way Bills as required.
- Maintain all dispatch records and documentation.
✔ Quality Control:
- Ensure only quality-approved products are dispatched.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: Any Graduate.
✅ Experience: Experience in dispatch, order processing, or logistics is a plus.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
