Wipro’s School for IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) is a unique “learn and earn” program that provides an exceptional opportunity for Diploma holders to obtain a B.Tech degree in Information Systems from a premier university, fully sponsored by Wipro. While you pursue your degree, you will work as a full-time employee, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of IT Infrastructure Management.

Stipend Structure
- First Year: ₹12,400 per month
- Second Year: ₹15,488 per month
- Third Year: ₹17,553 per month
- Fourth Year: ₹19,618 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: A full-time Diploma with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
- Eligible Branches: Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, ECE, Computer Technology, CST, or EEE.
- Pass-out Year: Candidates from the 2024 and 2025 batches are eligible.
- Other Requirements:
- Must have studied Core Mathematics as a subject in Diploma.
- A maximum of 3 years of education gap is allowed between 10th and the start of the Diploma.
Selection Process
- Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes): Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, and Written Communication tests.
- Round 2 – Voice Assessment
- Round 3 – Business Discussion
- Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
Note: A 48-month (4-year) service agreement is applicable for this program.
