Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking dynamic and driven graduates for our Construction Management Trainee program. This is a full-time, exclusive opportunity for candidates from the NICMAR 2024 batch only. As a trainee, you will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline and managing key accounts in the construction sector. You will begin with a 6-month training period in one of the metro cities, after which you will be posted anywhere in India to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the sales funnel from identified projects and specification leads to build a strong order pipeline.
- Work closely with application subsidiaries and channel partners to jointly secure business.
- Achieve order and sales objectives for the assigned geographies or set of customers.
- Identify and classify key accounts and engage with key influencers and purchase organizations.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and keep track of competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A B.E./B.Tech degree from NICMAR, 2024 graduating batch is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong understanding of sales, business development, and key account management.
- Attributes: A results-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to be posted anywhere in India after the training period.
