Position Overview: The Program
We are seeking recent engineering graduates for our Graduate Apprentice Trainee program under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This is a one-year, hands-on skilling opportunity designed to transition you from an academic to a professional work environment. As an apprentice, you will be mentored by qualified training managers, learn the latest applications and processes, and enhance your technical and soft skills. This is a paid, on-the-job training program to kickstart your career.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A B.E. or B.Tech in one of the following branches:
- Computer Science, Information Technology
- Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Manufacturing
- Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Engineering
- Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
- Academic Performance: A minimum of 65% aggregate marks throughout your 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- Pass-out Year: Candidates from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 batches are eligible.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Python, AI & ML, or UiPath.
- Work Model: This is a full-time, Work from Office role (5 days a week).
