Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This is a crucial, on-ground role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of delivery executives/partners for Swiggy Instamart. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including field visits, job fairs, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or gig hiring and a proven ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential Delivery Boys/Bikers/Riders for Swiggy Instamart through field visits, job fairs, and community networking.
- Target Achievement: Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with local communities, colleges, and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular progress updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass. Any graduate is preferable. This role is open to male candidates only.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. A minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment, sales, or gig hiring is preferred.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- A Two-Wheeler is mandatory for field activities.
- Proficiency in both English and the local language (Kannada) is a must.
- Attributes: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
