Position Overview: The Role
We are conducting a large-scale hiring drive for our International Voice Process in Malad, Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office opportunity open to both freshers and experienced professionals. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international clients across different time zones. The ideal candidate will have fluent English communication skills and must be comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Eligibility: This role is open to Mumbai candidates only. Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Candidates with up to 12 months of international voice process experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Language: Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
