Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Junior Safety Manager to join our team for the Patna Metro Project. This is a critical, on-site role where you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies and procedures. You will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of construction safety for our underground metro project. This role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of safety methods, risk assessment, and accident investigation within large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce all EHS policies and safety procedures at the project site.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead accident investigation processes to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all construction practices adhere to company and statutory industrial safety norms.
- Promote a strong safety culture among all site personnel and contractors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in a safety management role on construction projects.
- Domain Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of safety methods and construction practices specific to underground metro projects.
- Education & Specific Experience Levels:
- Category A: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering with a full-time Degree/Diploma in Safety OR M.E. in Industrial Safety OR B.E. in Fire and Safety Engineering.
- Category B: B.Sc. (PCM) or a 3-year Engineering Diploma, plus a 1-year full-time Safety Diploma.
- Category C: Any graduate degree plus a 1-year full-time Safety Diploma.
