Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FinOps Analyst to join our Finance Shared Service Organization in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for the service delivery of our Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) functions. You will manage complex, cross-company work, act as an escalation point for resolving outstanding issues, and drive continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and manage complex, departmental and cross-company work related to AP/AR functions.
- Act as a primary escalation point to resolve complex issues with internal and external business partners.
- Set and improve policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance and implementing best practices.
- Manage your workload, establish priorities, and serve as a consultant on various finance projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR).
- 1+ year of experience participating in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, index, pivots, lookups).
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials.
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
