Accenture is hiring a Payroll Operations New Associate to process HR and payroll data accurately and efficiently. This role involves handling employee queries, working with payroll providers, performing payroll checks, and ensuring compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Payroll Processing & Compliance:
- Process HR and payroll data accurately within agreed timelines.
- Ensure timely payroll calculations, accounting bookings, and payments.
- Submit statutory forms and reports as required.
✔ Employee Query Resolution:
- Address employee and HR queries related to payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll providers and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
✔ Payroll Validation & Analysis:
- Perform variance analysis and reasonability checks between payroll cycles.
