🔹 About the Role
Amazon is hiring Customer Success Managers (CSM) to support third-party sellers in growing their businesses on Amazon. As part of the Strategic Account Services (SAS) Team, you will provide expert consulting to help sellers optimize product listings, advertising strategies, promotions, fulfillment, and brand building.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage Seller Accounts – Work with 15-20 sellers to drive revenue growth
✔ Data-Driven Insights – Analyze seller data & provide strategic recommendations
✔ Advertising & Promotions – Help sellers improve visibility & sales
✔ Marketplace Consulting – Guide sellers on supply chain, pricing, and product optimization
✔ Performance Metrics – Track key performance indicators & identify opportunities
✔ Regular Seller Engagements – Conduct weekly/monthly reviews & implement action plans
✅ Who Can Apply?
🔸 Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
🔸 Experience:
✔ 2+ years in sales, account management, or digital advertising
✔ Strong Excel & data analysis skills
✔ Client-facing experience with SaaS, tech, or startup exposure (preferred)
