As an Analytics Associate, you will work closely with business and product teams to generate actionable insights, improve data-driven decision-making, and help enhance Razorpay’s products and services. Your work will involve data mining, experimentation, statistical analysis, and machine learning to solve high-impact business challenges.

🔍 Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Work with large, complex datasets to solve high-impact business problems using data mining, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
🔹 Develop deep business and product understanding and generate insights to improve decision-making.
🔹 Define business and product metrics, work with engineering teams on data instrumentation, and create automated self-serve dashboards.
🔹 Apply exploratory data analysis (EDA), cohort analysis, and funnel analysis to extract valuable insights.
🔹 Collaborate with business, product, and data engineering teams to improve data accuracy.
🔹 Be closely involved with the product life cycle, including ideation, defining success criteria, impact assessment, and recommending improvements.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
✔ Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Excel.
✔ 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
✔ Ability to define, analyze, and visualize data using Tableau, QlikView, Looker, or similar BI tools.
✔ Strong understanding of product and business metrics.
✔ Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
✅ Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
✔ Experience with Machine Learning models.
✔ Strong knowledge of A/B Testing & Experimentation.
✔ Exposure to Big Data & Cloud Platforms.
