- Work on end user incidents.
- Work on Desktop OS \ applications \ printer \ user profile issues.
- Work on Microsoft office product.
- Work on thin client issues.
- Experience in Desktop Support \ Remote Infra support
- Provide\ Revoke access to end user on VDI infra.
- Perform infra checklist activities.
- Work with OEM and take follow up on incidents tagged with them.
- Good Incident isolation & restoration skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Willing to travel within India at various Clients location & connect with Customers.
- Open to work in 24 x 7.
- 6 Days Working in a Week
