Primary Responsibilities
- Follow production procedures and ensure raw materials are added as needed.
- Record and update all process details in SAP.
- Report production progress and issues to superiors.
- Plan shift activities, assign tasks to operators, and ensure batch processing as per schedule.
- Perform and monitor in-process checks as per guidelines.
- Log equipment breakdowns in SAP and inspect equipment daily.
- Manage consumable stocks and raise requisitions when required.
- Keep the shop floor and machines clean and hygienic.
