Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Team Leadership & Supervision
✔ Lead and manage the customer support team, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
✔ Provide training, coaching, and feedback to support executives.
2️⃣ Customer Service Operations
✔ Oversee customer inquiries via phone and chat, ensuring timely, effective resolution.
✔ Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times.
3️⃣ Process Optimization
✔ Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
✔ Develop and refine support processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
4️⃣ Collaboration & Reporting
✔ Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalations and improve service.
✔ Generate regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and team performance.
5️⃣ Technical & Shift Management
✔ Ensure adherence to shift schedules, including morning and evening shifts.
✔ Work with IT and management to maintain CRM tool functionality and system efficiency.
Requirements:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
✅ Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in customer support.
- At least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role.
✅ Skills: - Strong leadership & team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & customer support software.
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills.
✅ Technical Requirements:
