Material Arrangements
1) Conversion of Starserv MRs to SAP MRs.
2) Coordinating with SDE, AMs and RPC for issuance of
3) Coordinating with field engineers for clarification, validation on parts and models and depositing of
defectives with RPC.
4) Closure of RPC GITs and RMRs
5) Follow up of Defective materials not returned by channel partners thru month
AMs.
6) Coordinating with the RPCs for getting details on the Defective Controllers and Emerson
compressors for arranging them to be repaired thru respective vendors
7) Maintaining MSL list approved by AM considering Matcon,existing RPC stock
open GIT and existing open PR.
8) Monthly RPC visits.
9) Non-moving stocks monitoring/reviewing
10) Weekly House-keeping of existing open PR and MR at location looking into ageing.
11) Interacting and follow up with SAP, Logistics and Planning
and material issues.
12) Defective sending to factory for analysis
Reports
1) Daily MR Report
2) Monthly Twice RMR Report
3) Every week PFR report ( branchwise/division wise)
4) Compressor calling ,daily calling (
5) Family mismatch daily update ( monthly report)
6) Emerson Wty replacements monthly report
7) Defective controller sending to ERC Monthly report
Key Skills
1. Knowledge & identification of Air-conditioning
2. Computer Literate.
3. SAP Working Knowledge
4. Working knowledge of MS Office particularly MS Excel.
