Bluestar have an opening at  Blue Star Bhiwandi office as Repair Executive (Off Role)
Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end management of defective inventory and repairs process
- Liaison with site teams for reverse logistics of defective inventory
- Assimilate all details such as error codes, descriptions, technical manuals etc.
- Maintain records and logs of all defective spare part movement from customer sites to warehouse to repairs vendors
- Coordinate with facility teams – dispatch, logistics, accounts and finance to facilitate inward and outward of defective parts
- Coordinate with repair vendors and manage various activities related to the repair process technical information sharing, part descriptions, error description, fault finding etc.
- Provide technical support to vendors for repair of various biomedical equipment parts and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Coordinate with projects and service team for installation and service calls and aligning testing of parts
- Test repaired parts in facility for various modalities CT, SMRI and PMRI
- Update the MIS / repair tracker and publish monthly reports to the team and management
- Identify and develop new vendors (domestic and international) for repair of various defective parts
- Identify mechanisms and drive testing of repaired parts customer site, facility, installations, break down calls etc.
