HVAC Project Engineer (Mechanical) – Full-Time, Permanent
Job Summary:
We are looking for a HVAC Project Engineer to manage end-to-end HVAC projects, from enquiry generation to execution and handover. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in air-conditioning systems, strong project management skills, and hands-on experience in AutoCAD & 3D designing.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Enquiry & Proposal Development:
- Generate new business enquiries and expand the customer base.
- Prepare preliminary project designs based on client requirements.
- Discuss and finalize proposed systems with project stakeholders.
✔ Project Execution & Site Management:
- Handle on-site work execution, including installation, measurement, and billing documentation.
- Manage manpower & material to ensure smooth project operations.
- Coordinate with Customers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Architects.
✔ Technical & Design Expertise:
- Design and implement HVAC systems using AutoCAD & 3D designing tools.
- Ensure proper documentation, including as-built drawings.
✔ After-Sales Support & Maintenance:
- Handle repairs, servicing, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
✔ Office & Documentation Work:
- Maintain all necessary reports, project records, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
✅ Experience: Prior experience in HVAC projects & sales is a plus.
✅ Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Air-conditioning systems.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D designing, and MS Office.
✅ Soft Skills: - Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
