Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking a proactive and supportive Creator Relation Executive for a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position. This is a voice process role where you will be responsible for onboarding and supporting new content creators on our platform. You will monitor their performance, handle their queries, and ensure all live content adheres to platform guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling and must be proficient in both spoken and written Marathi.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and provide support to new content creators, guiding them through the platform.
- Monitor the performance of creators and share constructive feedback.
- Handle creator queries and resolve any platform-related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve overall content quality.
- Ensure all live content strictly follows established platform guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in telecalling or telemarketing is mandatory.
- Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written Marathi is required.
- Skills: Strong skills in customer support, operations, and problem-solving.
- Work Schedule:
- 6 working days a week (Sunday is a working day).
- Week off will be on a weekday as per the roster.
- Must be available for rotational, 9-hour shifts.
