Position Overview: The Role

This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office opportunity with a fixed day shift and Saturdays & Sundays off, offering an excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of HSC (12th Pass) is required. Graduates are also eligible.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Typing Speed: A minimum of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Location: Candidates must reside within the operational boundaries of our Navi Mumbai/Thane offices.
- Experience: For experienced candidates, all previous employment and relieving letters are mandatory.
