Position Overview: The Role

We are conducting a large-scale hiring drive for our Inbound Customer Service team. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office opportunity with a fixed day shift and Saturdays & Sundays off, offering an excellent work-life balance. We are seeking enthusiastic professionals, including freshers, with excellent English communication skills to handle customer queries for our domestic voice process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A minimum of HSC (12th Pass) is required. Graduates are also eligible.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Typing Speed: A minimum of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Location: Candidates must reside within the operational boundaries of our Navi Mumbai/Thane offices.
  • Experience: For experienced candidates, all previous employment and relieving letters are mandatory.
