Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries over the phone with professionalism and care for a US/UK process.
- Represent our brand with passion and dedication to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to resolve customer issues and meet performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of HSC (12th Pass) is required. Graduates are also eligible.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. A minimum of 12 months of experience in an international BPO voice process is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Attributes: A positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a commitment to delivering your best every day.
