Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Associate for a 5 to 6-month contract. This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Panchkula. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries via a voice process. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and must be comfortable working in a 24×7 environment, including night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Compensation & Additional Benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Eligibility: Candidates from Punjab, SAS Nagar, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kalka & Pinjore are eligible to apply.
- Education: A minimum qualification of 10+2 is required. Any graduate or postgraduate is also eligible.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in night shifts and have a flexible schedule for rotational weekly offs.
