Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process. This is a full-time, contractual, work-from-home opportunity for candidates residing in the Delhi-NCR region (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Meerut). You will be the first point of contact for our global customers, handling their queries via phone. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.

Compensation & Additional Benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A minimum qualification of 10+2 is required. Any graduate or postgraduate is also eligible.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with prior BPO experience will have an advantage.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in night shifts and have a flexible schedule for rotational weekly offs.
