Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of 12th Pass is required. Graduates are also eligible.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior BPO experience is preferred.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Location: Candidates must reside within the following location boundaries:
- Central Line: Ambernath to Ghatkopar
- Trans Harbour Line: Thane to Panvel
