Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals for the role of Customer Support Representative. This is a full-time, contractual, work-from-home opportunity where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer queries via voice, email, and chat. This role is open to candidates from non-metro cities only and requires working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications for Jio
- Eligibility: Graduates and undergraduates are both eligible to apply. This role is open to candidates from non-metro cities only.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (6 days working with 1 rotational week off).
- Technical Requirements: Candidates must have their own system (laptop/desktop) and a good broadband connection.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
