Position Overview: The Role
We are conducting a hiring drive for the position of FTC (Field Technician Contract). This is an excellent, full-time opportunity for ITI Freshers to be a part of our growing team in Pune. We are looking for dynamic, physically strong, and eager-to-learn individuals with a passion for growth. You will be responsible for assisting with on-site activities related to our elevator and escalator systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevator and escalator equipment.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and effectively on project sites.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Must be ITI Passed in trades such as Electrician, Turner, Fitter, Technician, or Machinist.
- Age: Must be under 24 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a field-based job.
- Attributes: A positive attitude and strong learning abilities are essential.
