Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their project needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations of latest DC systems ,Inverters,UPS etc.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create customized proposals that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and inform management decisions.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting electrical issues, providing expert guidance and support during the decision-making process.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable margins while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote products and network with potential customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential for technical proficiency.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical sales or a similar technical sales role is preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships is a must.
- Experience in industries such as power generation, automation, or renewable energy is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to engage a diverse clientele.
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of electrical systems, components, and standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits are necessary.
