Role & responsibilities
- Bench Fitter
- Structural Fitter
- Knowledge of drawing reading, cutting tools and parameters
- Maintaining data sheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reduction
- Knowledge of handling tools like Electrical grinder, weld shaver, different files, hand drilling m/c, Riveting M/c , pipe bender, pipe cutting too
- Knowledge of measuring instrument.(Tape, Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Filler gauge.) will be an added advantage
- Identifying and implementing Kaizens for productivity improvement
- Preparing of in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM Charts
- Awareness of quality systems like AS9100, OHSE
- TPM and Housekeeping
- Employee will value the information received, effort spent in creating every piece of information and are determined to ensure that the right information is accessed by right individuals.
- Employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information.
