Qualifications Required to Apply
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree (
B.E./B.Tech) in Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Rubber & Plastic Technology. - Must be a recent graduate from the 2024 batch.
- A consistent academic record with 60% or higher in both 10th and 12th standard examinations.
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
Key Skills Required for the Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following and should possess the related skills:
- Engineering Documentation: Prepare and release process planning documents like MIS, Route cards, MOS, and other engineering documents.
- Requirement Generation: Prepare and release EBOM, PBOM, and handle SAP BOM Updates for new products.
- Procurement & Coordination: Raise indents for the procurement of raw materials, consumables, tools, and equipment.
- Process Improvement: Study and implement continuous improvement activities related to materials, cycle time reduction, and design enhancements.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a strong knowledge of:
- Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
CATIAand3D Viewer- MS Office Suite
SAP(specifically MM, BOM, and Routing modules)
