Customer Engagement📞 Respond to passenger inquiries and complaints via Phone, E-Mail, and Web requests in Korean language.
SAP Master Data📊 Create and maintain SAP masters for Employee IDs and update employee data for mobility, compensation changes, promotions, etc.
Global Claims Processing💰 Process employee claims (Travel & Non-Travel) globally within defined SLAs and company policy guidelines.
Travel Advance Management✈️ Process domestic & international travel advances as per policy guidelines within SLA, including accounting for disbursements.
Query Resolution📝 Resolve employee queries through Smart Service Desk, telephone, email, or communicator, adhering to SLAs.
Payroll Validation✅ Validate payroll inputs before they flow to SAP for accurate processing.
