Job Highlights
- Develop and review design plans according to project specifications.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Ensure that all projects align with established federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Perform site evaluations to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Interact with clients, construction teams, and architects to discuss project specifications and feasibility.
- Prepare and implement project budgets and timelines.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data.
- Oversee and analyze the results of soil testing to determine the adequacy and strength of concrete, asphalt, or steel foundations.
- Prepare and present feasibility reports, findings, and project proposals to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of infrastructure designs and verify the accuracy of project drawings.
- Ensure safety by participating in the assessment of potential risks on the construction site.
- Work closely with government departments to ensure project compliance.
- Manage paperwork such as design documents, construction proposals and contract-related documents.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the project manager and other project stakeholders and provide updates on project progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in civil engineering.

Contract duration: 6 months/ 1 Year (based on fitment)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3D Max or similar.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Exceptional project management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing both people and projects efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
- Strong multitasking ability with a commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as necessary.
