Open Positions and Responsibilities
1. MEP Engineer (Interior Fit-out)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2 – 12 Years in fit-out projects
- Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze all MEP drawings, materials, and work schedules.
- Coordinate all electro-mechanical activities with various on-site teams.
- Review shop drawings, product data, and material samples for compliance.
- Manage and coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Attend all testing and commissioning activities for MEP services.
2. Civil & Interior (C&I) Engineer (Interior Fit-out)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience: 2 – 12 Years in fit-out projects
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for design development and site execution.
- Manage all stakeholders and monitor work progress on-site.
- Lead weekly and monthly progress meetings with the client.
- Ensure quality control at all stages of the project.
- Manage the project handover process to the client.
3. EHS / Safety Officer
- Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety or Fire & Safety
- Experience: 2+ Years
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily EHS audits and prepare monthly safety performance reports.
- Prepare, implement, and submit HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and SOPs.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and various EHS training programs.
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions.
- Ensure the permit-to-work system is followed and maintain all firefighting equipment.
