Your Responsibilities :
- Visit customer sites to handle complaints and provide support.
- Investigate failures, collect data, and analyze issues.
- Conduct harmonic measurements and studies when needed.
- Perform health checks on equipment under AMC.
- Prepare RCA/8D reports for customer complaints.
- Create project documents like ABRA, FQP, and bar charts.
- Perform installation checks, testing, and commissioning.
- Finalize performance reports and gather customer feedback.
- Share site learnings for process improvement in weekly meetings.
- Coordinate with the factory for warranty and material issues.
- Uphold safety, integrity, and responsibility in all actions.
Basic Eligibility
- Diploma In Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with aggregate > 7. 5
- Excellent soft skills and basic knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Preferably resident of North/Western part of India.
- Dedicated, focused, innovative and energetic personality .
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
