Overview:
- Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
- Engaged in refining, storage, distribution, and marketing across India.
Graduate Apprentice Trainee Positions:
- HPCL is looking to engage Graduate Apprentice Trainees in various engineering disciplines:
- Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science/IT, Petroleum Engineering.
- Positions available at multiple locations across India.
Important Dates:
- Online Application Start Date: December 30, 2024

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 25 years (age relaxation available for SC/ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates).
- Educational Qualification:
- Engineering graduates in specified disciplines with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience:
- Candidates with prior apprenticeship or work experience of one year or more are not eligible.
Application Process:
- Candidates must register on the HPCL Apprentice Application Link.
- Only one application per candidate is allowed.
- Required to upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature.
Selection Methodology:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic results and interview performance.
- Interviews are tentatively scheduled for January/February 2025.
Stipend and Benefits:
- Monthly stipend of ₹25,000 (₹20,500 from HPCL and ₹4,500 from the Government of India).
- No housing assistance or additional allowances provided.
