Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement MIS:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust Management Information Systems to support business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and design solutions for stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Data Management:
- Gather data from multiple sources and establish cause-and-effect relationships between data points.
- Implement data quality controls and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Automation and Optimization:
- Recommend updates to improve the efficiency and consistency of MIS reporting.
- Continuously optimize reporting processes for better responsiveness to business needs.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with partners and external parties for MIS-related data, invoices, and payments.
- Present complex data findings in a simple and understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
Position Requirements fpr Humaniquee :
- Educational Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.
- Experience:
- At least 1+ year of proven experience in:
- MIS development.
- Data reporting and analysis, especially within the financial services industry.
- At least 1+ year of proven experience in:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like:
- Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for database queries and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like:
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A high level of attention to detail for ensuring accuracy in reporting and analysis.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
