About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT and InfraOps team. If you have a background in IT systems, cloud administration, and technical support, this role is perfect for you! As an IT Enablement Engineer, you’ll work on managing our corporate IT infrastructure, supporting a variety of technologies, and ensuring optimal system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer & Maintain IT Infrastructure: Oversee Tide’s corporate IT tech stack, manage existing technologies, and integrate SaaS applications.
MacOS & Windows Management: Ensure reliable system performance, including software updates and deployment workflows.
MDM & Cloud Support: Scale mobile device management platforms and provide end-user support for cloud applications.
Technical Support: Offer 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot technical issues, and train employees on IT systems.
Security & Compliance: Implement best practices, document security processes, and ensure IT policies are up to date.

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Experience with MDM tools (JAMF Cloud & Microsoft Intune).
✔ Knowledge of Okta for authentication and Google Workspace administration.
✔ Strong expertise in Windows OS & Mac OS troubleshooting.
✔ Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA & Confluence).
✔ A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
