Job description
What is N DET ?
N-DET is Network -Diploma Engineer Trainee Program in short it is (Apprentice – Diploma Engineer Trainee – Field Engineers) which is Designed giving a Defined Career Progression Plan for the Candidates + Learning Opportunity of B.Tech in Famous Engineering College.
Eligibility :
- Male Candidates who have completed Diploma (Electrical /Electronics) passed out in the year 2023 or 2024 (*Aggregate mandatory passing score of 60%) Can apply.
- Must be Good in Technical knowledge, Good in English and Fluent in Local Language
- Must be Open for the Vacant Locations.

- Tandur
- Sirpur Khagaznagar
- Khammam
- Open to Locate any ROTG locations
Salary Structure & Career Progression:
- Apprentice- (Period – 0 to 6 months) – Monthly -INR 12,000/- (Annually – INR 1,44,000/-)
- N-DET -(Period – 7 to 18 months) – Monthly INR 25,000/- (Annually – INR 3,00,000/-)
- Field Engineer- (Period- Post 18 months)- Monthly-INR 30,000/- (Annually -INR 3,60,000/-)
*In addition to above emoluments, you will be entitled for Local conveyance reimbursement and daily field allowance as per company policy
* Enrollment into B.Tech. Programme basis performance.
- After completion of 18 months once employee moves to the role of Field Engineer, he will be eligible for WILP B.Tech. programme from institutes like BITS Pilani / MIT.
- The cost of the programme will be borne by the company.
3. Online Classes will be conducted for 4 hours on every Saturday and Sundays.
- For 06 months you will work as Apprentice
- After 06 months basis performance and evaluation candidates will be elevated as N- DETs
3. After 01 year as N-DET basis performance to be promoted as FE
