We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Junior Recruiter to join our team. This is more than just a recruitment role; it’s about empowering passionate individuals to contribute to a meaningful social cause. As a Junior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for our interns—from shortlisting and onboarding to engagement and support. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity for a fresher who is a strong communicator and passionate about animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of interns, ensuring they remain motivated and aligned with Pawzz’s mission.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and shortlisting candidates to onboarding and guidance.
- Monitor intern activities, prepare progress reports, and share insights to improve performance.
- Design and implement creative engagement strategies to boost morale and team productivity.
- Draft and issue official documents such as offer letters, certificates, and letters of recommendation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Skills:
- Strong recruitment and team management abilities.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS-Excel.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
