We are looking for Service Engineers for Mobile Technicians.
- Location – North Paravoor- Ernakulam
- Diploma in Electronics, Electricals OR ITI / B.TECH/ UG
- Freshers & Experienced can apply.
- Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Troubleshooting the customer devices and ensure on time delivery of the service product to the customer asper the TAT
- Repair the defective devices and identify the issues
- Ensure to detailed the customer the issues of the product
- ICSM Updating
- Defective spare handling
- Repair tools and device management
- Ensure the SLA to maintain
- Technical trainings
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Technical assistance for customers
- Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service
