Position Overview: The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Process Executive to join our Finance Operations team in Pune. This is a full-time opportunity exclusively for freshers (B.Com/M.Com/MBA graduates). You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable domains, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment processing. This role is critical to our finance operations and requires a strong understanding of accounting concepts and a mandatory willingness to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices in the client’s application.
• Handle the payment process and period-close reconciliations.
• Apply payments to customer accounts and run dunning reports.
• Research customer accounts and communicate with clients to clear discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end reporting and periodic contract pricing updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance is required.
• Experience: This role is strictly for freshers; no prior work experience is required.
• Skills:
  • A basic knowledge of accounting principles (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Must be open to working in night shifts.
