Position Overview: The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician (Tech I/Tech II) to join our team in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Your primary duties will include conducting incoming material inspections, performing tests on finished goods, and managing our monitoring and measuring equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quality processes and a willingness to work anywhere in India if required.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough incoming material inspections and manage all related documentation.
- Perform inspection and testing of finished goods, making disposition decisions.
- Manage all monitoring and measuring equipment, including the yearly calibration of lab and shop floor equipment.
- Handle new product validation sampling and prepare detailed test reports.
- Provide line clearance and participate in line trials.
- Support the management of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and the control of all quality-related documents and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A 3-Year Diploma in a relevant technical field is required.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection and testing procedures.
- Other Requirements: Must be willing to relocate to work anywhere in India as per business requirements.
