Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals in Inventory Management software.
- Check, receive, unpack, and arrange materials/supplies.
- Load and unload materials, maintain inventory, and remove defective items.
- Handle material preservation, issue materials, and raise purchase requisitions.
- Report stock-related tasks, including DMR reporting to the Cluster Project Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN, invoices, and stock records in SAP.
- Verify received goods against purchase orders and reject damaged/incorrect items.
- Ensure proper approvals and documentation for store requisitions.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain inventory logs.
- Follow safety standards and best practices in material handling.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma/Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in store management.
- Experience:
- Must have executed at least 2 solar ground mount projects.
- Proficient in SAP Inventory Management.
- Strong communication skills in English and experience in project documentation.
- Skilled in MS Office for reporting and scheduling.
- Knowledgeable in Health & Safety standards and site implementation.
- Ability to manage geographically spread-out projects.
