Job Opening: Research & Development (R&D) Executive – Paints Industry (Full-Time, Permanent)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Research & Development (R&D) Executive to assist in the formulation, quality assurance, and process optimization of paint products. This role involves conducting experiments, ensuring quality control, and supporting production teams to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Research & Development:
- Assist in the formulation and development of new paint products.
- Conduct trials and experiments to enhance product efficiency.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to evaluate raw materials and additives.
✔ Quality Assurance & Control:
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of test results and observations.
✔ Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements in production.
- Monitor batch consistency and resolve technical issues.
✔ Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed technical reports on formulations and quality findings.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation for new and existing products.
✔ Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols in the lab and manufacturing environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and industry safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc in Chemistry.
✅ Experience:
- Prior experience in paint formulation, R&D, or quality control is a plus.
✅ Technical Skills:
- MS Office, ERP software proficiency.
- Strong understanding of chemical testing and formulation techniques.
✅ Soft Skills:
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
