Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Support – Trainee to assist with customer software adoption and support.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Client Support:
- Assist clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Guide clients on using the SP digital logistics platform effectively.
🔹 Customer Success & Adoption:
- Monitor user adoption and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct review meetings to improve product usage.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better customer experience.
🔹 User Account Configuration:
- Set up and configure user accounts.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
🔹 Training & Onboarding:
- Create support documentation and tutorials.
- Conduct training sessions via phone and email.
- Provide timely responses and clear guidance to users.
🔹 Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track user engagement and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
🔹 Product & Customer Growth:
- Gather client feedback to improve the product.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
✅ Strong skills in Excel & Presentations.
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting, CRM tools, or logistics software (preferred).
✅ Willingness to work flexible hours.
Preferred Skills & Attitude:
✔ Ownership and persistence to complete tasks.
✔ Quick learner with a passion for improvement.
✔ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
✔ Experience or interest in software-related customer support.
