Sutherland is looking for Customer Service Associates with Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections experience. 📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle AR collections – Follow up with customers via emails & calls for timely payments.
✔ Maintain records – Keep accounts receivable records updated with aging reports, credits, collections & disputes.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams – Work with Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax & Customer Service teams to resolve disputes.
✔ Monitor high-risk accounts & escalate issues when necessary.
✔ Improve customer experience & streamline the AR process.
✔ Reconcile complex accounts with attention to detail.
✔ Prepare daily aging reports & collection strategies.
✔ Provide insights & visibility to leadership for decision-making.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Finance & Accounting).
✅ 0-7 years of experience in AR Collections / Accounts Receivable.
✅ Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
✅ Experience in International Voice Process or Collections is a plus.
✅ Ability to analyze accounts, fix root causes, and strategize collections.
✅ Comfortable working in a UK shift (flexibility required).
