📋 Roles & Responsibilities
- Support IndiaMART sellers over phone and email for content enrichment (not a tele-sales or tele-marketing role).
- Guide and educate sellers to improve their product listings and profiles.
- Gather relevant data, create and upload content, and ensure seller profiles are complete.
- Complete a small test, provide a selfie video (per steps given in the application), and upload required documents.
- Maintain quality communication and follow-up as per process standards.
🎯 Skills & Eligibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good internet access and comfort with online data entry.
- Active listening and client support aptitude.
