Position Overview: The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to join our remote team. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a fresher to build a career in IT sales. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from generating and qualifying leads through cold calling and email outreach to closing deals. You will understand client needs and recommend suitable web solutions, including websites, portals, and apps.

Note on Salary: For freshers, there is a 3-month probation period with a salary of ₹10,000 – ₹10,500 per month.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the full conversion cycle: discovery, consultation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable web solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals to address specific client requirements.
  • Handle objections, build trust, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Update CRM systems with detailed notes on all interactions and sales progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in tele-sales or inside sales, preferably in the technology sector, is desired but not mandatory for freshers.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • A strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of web technologies like PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, etc., is a plus.
  • Attributes: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
