TVS Motor Position Description
Contribute to the development and accomplishment of strategic objectives by attracting, developing, managing, motivating, and retaining talent. As the HR champion in the line function, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of all HR policies and systems, driving the advancement and innovation.
Workforce Planning & TA :
- Assist in the development and execution of workforce plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical roles and create talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with TA to hire right talent, Engaging in requirement fulfilling by evaluation process, Offer Negotiation & Employee branding.
- Employee Performance:Â Coach managers to improve their effectiveness and support employees in managing their careers (performance & potential).
- Competency Building:Â Enable the process of developing key competencies in the function, by supporting L&D to identify competency requirements (technical and behavioral) for all roles.
- Employee Engagement:Â Connect with employees periodically & drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Advocacy:Â Champion employee advocacy by being the ‘voice’ of the employee. Also, champion all Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the function.
